Schedule & Hours
We operate Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Within those hours, we're flexible — whether you're looking for full-time consistency or just a few shifts a week, we'll work with you to build a schedule that fits your life.
What You'll Do
As a Residential Cleaner with Whiskey Jack Cleaning, you'll play a vital role in delivering the consistent, high-quality service we're known for. Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing exceptional cleans — routine, deep, and move-out — using our proven Whiskey Jack cleaning checklists.
- Caring for clients' homes with respect, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and pride.
- Working efficiently and independently, while also collaborating with teammates when scheduled on multi-cleaner jobs.
- Using and maintaining company-provided supplies and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Communicating clearly with supervisors and clients, reporting any issues, damages, or special requests.
- Upholding our standards of reliability and consistency, always showing up on time and ready to deliver your best.
Compensation
Residential Cleaners at Whiskey Jack Cleaning earn $22–$30 per hour, with clear opportunities to increase pay through our structured All-Star Program. In addition, team members benefit from:
- Mileage reimbursements for travel between client homes
- Tips, which go directly to you
- Stat holiday pay in line with BC labour standards
- Overtime pay when applicable

Do I Need Previous Experience?
No previous experience is needed, however it is an asset. We will train anyone to become an excellent cleaner.
What Hours Can I Expect?
It all depends on how many hours you want, the job you are in, and your availability. Someone with more availability will likely get more work as we have to schedule based on the clients needs and schedule which may not always align with our staff.
Do I Need My Own Vehicle?
Yes, a reliable vehicle is required for this role.
Do I Need My Own Supplies?
We provide and pay for all supplies and equipment.
Do You Pay A Mileage Reimbursment?
Yes, we reimburse kilometers during a scheduled shift based on the current CRA mileage rate.
